Mary began her career in the 1970’s as a Trip Director for E. F. MacDonald/Carlson Marketing Group responsible for the on-site global operation of groups ranging from 20 – 10,000 attendees. In 1981 Mary became an Account Executive serving Avon Products, Inc. Under Mary’s leadership, Avon’s meeting and incentive programs grew from a single program of $800,000 to annual sales exceeding $10 million.

The key to Mary’s success with Avon was her ability to listen, learn and understand Avon’s goals and sales objectives. This led to a successful 13-year partnership between EFM/CMG and Avon.

In the 90’s Mary went to work for S&H Citadel and Maritz/McGettigan. She handled meetings and incentives for Top 100 clients such as Spalding Worldwide, PaineWebber, Estee Lauder and Merrill Lynch. Recently, Mary put her marketing skills to use in the design and development of the MANHATTAN NAVIGATOR and the CAMPUS NAVIGATOR.

Mary’s current commitment is to pass on the skills, knowledge and incredible experiences from years of selling, planning and executing meetings and events.

Leslie began her career in the 1970’s as an Account Manager for E. F. MacDonald/Carlson Marketing Group. She was promoted throughout her career and was appointed as Director, National Accounts. Her responsibilities involved managing a team of professionals including pre-sale and operations with annual revenues of $20 million.

In 2001, she was hired by Excellence In Motivation as their Executive Director of Travel, where she remained until the end of 2005. She managed and directed a team of forty employees and managed annual sales of over $50 million.

In recent years, Leslie opened her own consulting firm, supporting Fortune 500 Companies with complete travel services both nationally and internationally. Leslie is an experienced leader with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, is analytical and organized with excellent troubleshooting abilities. She is committed to producing results above and beyond expectations.
